5. Booking and Availability

All vacation packages are subject to availability and blackout dates. Resort partners reserve the right to restrict availability during peak seasons, holidays, and special events. Bookings must be made in advance according to partner requirements.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by resort partner. Generally:

• Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival
• No-shows forfeit the entire package
• Rescheduling may be subject to availability and additional fees

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Attend required presentations
• Respect resort property and staff
• Pay any incidental charges not covered by the package
